Darren Casson joined Bluestar AMG in January 2023, bringing with him over two decades of international financial services experience. Based in Jakarta, Darren provides expert wealth management guidance to expatriate clients across Southeast Asia, with a focus on long-term portfolio growth, cross-border retirement planning, and personalised financial strategies.

Prior to joining Bluestar AMG, Darren held senior advisory and leadership roles with PT Imperium Capital for nearly 20 years and served as Director at Australian Expatriate Services Pty Ltd for over a decade. His early career in international private banking began at Coutts in London, where he built a strong foundation in global investment advisory.

Darren holds a degree in Business and Marketing from Southern Cross University, Australia. He is highly regarded for his expertise in portfolio management and wealth structuring, with numerous client and peer endorsements across the Asia-Pacific region.

Outside the Office

Darren is a passionate golfer and enjoys spending his free time on the course. He believes the game reflects many of the values that matter in finance, focus, patience, and long-term thinking. This same mindset shapes his approach to helping clients build and protect their wealth over time.
