To meet this challenging role, you’ll need to be very well presented and well-spoken, as networking will be part of the role. Strong English is required, and any additional languages, especially European ones, offer a distinct advantage.

The senior consultant position is BlueStar’s feeder role into management and, as such, previous management experience would be a distinct advantage for faster progression.
Already an advisor and qualified to practice in at least one jurisdiction, you’ll have a proven track record of business development success through giving quality financial advice gained either in a regulated environment or in a qualitative offshore arena.
Of graduate caliber and at least 30 years old, you will possess all the attributes of a polished career professional and will hold yourself in a manner befitting someone of this standing.

Over 30 and with a proven track record in business development through the provision of sound financial advice, you’ll demonstrate a historical record of persistent business and long standing client relationships. Your ethics will be beyond question.

Suitably qualified and already a team leader, you’ll be at least 35 with seven years of relevant industry experience. You’ll be well known and respected in the industry, with a track record of exercising best practice in a fast-paced business environment.

The roles will primarily comprise researching and reporting on global markets, analyzing trends and opportunities with a view to directing company investment policy.
